Questions to ask installers about the EP12 Plus

• Which size suits my usage, and is that usable capacity or nominal capacity?
• Which inverter will it run with, and does my existing solar need to change?
• Will it keep power on in a blackout, and which circuits are backed up?
• What does the warranty cover, for how long, and is there a throughput or cycle limit?
• Where will it be installed, and does that location suit its protection rating?
• Can I add capacity later, and can it join a virtual power plant?

Our home battery guide explains each of these, and the battery cost guide covers what affects the price.
